Education session | Orthognathic surgery
On May 1st 2014, Dr. Chehade provided an in-service education session to nurses who work in the post anaesthesia care unit (PACU) at the McGill University Health Center (MUHC), Montreal General Hospital. The goal of this teaching session was to enhance the team’s understanding of the surgical techniques used in orthognathic surgery (corrective jaw surgery) as well as the significant technical advantages both the team and patients ultimately benefit from.
Nurses have a great influence on our patients’ hospital experience! Thank you all for attending!
Le 1er mai 2014, Dr. Chehade a offert une session éducative aux infirmières qui travaillent à l’unité de laréveille au Centre universitaire de santé de McGill (CUSM), à Hôpital général de Montréal). L’objectif de cette séance était d’enrichir la compréhension de l’équipe sur les techniques chirurgicales utilisées pour la chirurgie orthognatique (chirurgie de la mâchoire) ainsi que sur les avantages techniques significatifs que l’équipe et les patients puissent ultimement bénéficier.
Les infirmiers/infirmières ont une grande influence sur l’expérience des patients à l’hôpital. Merci à tous d’avoir assisté!
